Accessibility statement
Last updated: May 18, 2026
1. Commitment
Timo, operated by Rodolfo de Carvalho as Provider, is committed to making its website timoai.xyz and the authenticated area of the Service accessible in compliance with the European Accessibility Act (EU Directive 2019/882, in force from June 28, 2025) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 level AA (WCAG 2.1 AA).
2. Conformance status
The site is in a state of partial conformance: most pages meet WCAG 2.1 AA criteria, but there are elements that are not fully accessible, described in the next section. We are working to bring the site into full conformance in upcoming releases.
3. Non-accessible content
The following elements are known and being worked on:
- Some charts and diagrams in editorial pages do not yet have a full alternative text description (under review).
- The MCP space management page in the authenticated area uses advanced interactions that require refinement of ARIA patterns. Full WCAG 2.1 AA alignment is in progress.
4. Supported technologies
The site is tested on the most common browsers in recent versions (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and with the main screen readers (NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS/iOS, TalkBack on Android).
5. Evaluation methodology
The conformance evaluation is based on:
- Automated tests via Lighthouse (target Accessibility ≥ 95)
- Automated tests via axe DevTools (target 0 serious/critical violations)
- Manual keyboard navigation audit (Tab/Shift+Tab/Enter)
- WCAG AA color contrast check on body text and UI
6. Accessibility features implemented
- Skip link«Skip to content» as the first element of
<body> - Full keyboard navigation, visible focus on every interactive element
- ARIA labels on icon buttons and form fields
- Consistent H1-H6 heading hierarchy, one H1 per page
- Semantic HTML5 (
header, nav, main, article, footer) - WCAG AA color contrast on text and controls
- Text resizable up to 200% with no loss of functionality
7. Feedback and reports
If you run into accessibility barriers on any page of the site or the Service, write to us. We will reply within 30 days and put the necessary fixes in place.
