Pricing questions
Is the launch discount really limited to the first 200 users?
Yes. The 10% discount on the first year is reserved for the first 200 accounts that activate a paid plan. When that number is reached, the discount closes and prices go back to list.
Can I switch from Pro Lite to Pro or back at any time?
Yes. The change is immediate from the user area. Going up to Pro you only pay the pro-rata difference until the next renewal. Going down to Pro Lite, if your space exceeds the lower plan's limits the content stays readable and exportable: no automatic deletion, you have time to get back within the limits or return to Pro.
Does the trial require a credit card?
No. The 15-day trial starts without a card. At the end, if you don't confirm a plan, the account is suspended for a few days and then deleted. Until then you can always export your space in markdown. No automatic charges, no surprises.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Access to Timo continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, the space enters a read-only window during which you can export everything. Once the window passes, the data is permanently deleted. Exact timing is in the Privacy Policy. No penalty, no holding of your content.
