Which tool to choose

This document is independent of any platform: you paste it into the new assistant's personal instructions, or at the start of the chat. The memory features of the individual platforms don't talk to each other; your document, instead, goes everywhere.
How to do it
- On the assistant you use now, recover the instructions you gave it and what it knows about you (also by opening the memory section, if there is one).
- Gather it all into a document: behavior, information about you, two examples of answers in the right tone.
- On the new assistant, paste the sheet into the personal instructions or at the start of the conversation.
- Run a test and adjust: if the tone isn't quite there, add a rule or an example until it's back the way you wanted.

If you'd never written your instructions and relied only on the assistant's memory, you now realize you can't export it with a click. Rebuild the sheet by hand, once: it's work, but from here on that document is yours and you won't lose it again by switching platforms.
If you want to keep two assistants aligned in parallel
Use the same sheet on both and, when you update it, update it on both. It's the single document that keeps the behavior coherent: without it, the two "personalities" diverge over time.
